One More...

I did a painting earlier this year that I liked, but always thought it looked incomplete. Well, this past long weekend while painting like 10 hours a day, I had a flash of inspiration and did some additional work on this one. Now it's done.

About the Artist

Throughout my childhood and early education I immersed myself in drawing, painting sculpture, photography and the applied arts which introduced me to design. And though I am an industrial designer by education and career, growing up surrounded by art and artists, my roots are firmly in the fine arts.

Growing up between Greece and the US, and traveling extensively have driven many of my themes and styles over the years. I gain much of my inspiration from observation and experience. Whether a stack of shipping containers, the texture of a stone, the color of a lichen or the smell of a rubber band, I find art everywhere. My work is focused in 2 sorts, painting and collage with many of my pieces combining elements of both styles.

Throughout my blog are examples of all types of my work as well as the people, places and things that inspire me.
